[cdt-core-dev] Indexer changes

	Quick note, the indexer was too memory hungry especially for
big projects(say you have in your workspace, gdb, insight, gcc, mozilla ..)
Provid a "correct" fix, will take probably too long to do.
It is, now, disable by default, if one wants the feature(to be able to navigate
by hilight a function and hitting F3), one will have to enable it in the
property page of the project.

PS: this and some other fix did not make it for the GA, so
   you'll have to get from CVS and on the next snapshot.
