I won't be able to attend as I am away.

There is nothing significant I have to report for cdt-gdb-adapter/vscode. There is a trickle of bug fixes being applied and the main new feature added was discussed at the last meeting IIRC - Support configuration when in Server Mode #227

cdt-gdb-adapter also contributed a new version for latest Theia/cdt-cloud blueprint in Add cdt-gdb-adapter version for Theia 1.34 #397 - thanks Philip for putting that together.
