[cdt-cloud-dev] CDT Cloud SIG Meeting

Hi everyone,

As agreed in our previous CDT Cloud meeting, we'll merge the embedded SIG meetings and the CDT Cloud meetings, as those meetings had a great overlap of topics and people lately. For this joint meeting, we've increased the cadence to one meeting a month (instead of every second month).

The joint meeting will now take place every third Monday at 15:00 CET. We'll be using the usual Google Meet call. I've updated the calendar invites and the list of upcoming meeting dates [1]. Also Rob and I added a new wiki page [2] to track the agenda and action items. Please feel free to add your topics and updates prior to the meeting.
