Are Eclipse Project PGP keys published to some public keyserver?

Imagine I'd like to build a keystore of all the public keys of projects participating to SimRel; can I query some keyserver to get those keys from the project name? If yes, what is the name pattern use by those project keys; if not, what would be a way to get access to project public keys easily?
