occasionally I-build if significant change occurred. 
3. - Why don't you comment in Bug 366298
- please publish the new org.eclipse.jdt.annotation bundle 
I know some others were looking into
that, and ... I'd want to be sure all the "players" knew what
was going on, and why needed, if you needed just one, or both there, etc.
-- but I'd be willing to help, since you've always been so helpful to our
project. 

FYI, you might also want to read (or
be aware of) Bug 431236
- Javadoc for org.eclipse.jdt.annotation 2.0.0 needs Java 8 javadoc tool

to do ... but just in case, I wanted to point it out.].

Hi,

in order to use Luna milestone versions of org.eclipse.jdt.core in tycho
[1],
we need a maven repo that provides these binaries.

https://repo.eclipse.org/content/repositories/eclipse-staging/

seems to provide Luna milestone binaries, but org.eclipse.jdt.compiler.apt
is missing (this is required for annotation processing).

- who owns https://repo.eclipse.org/content/repositories/eclipse-staging/
and deploys jdt.core binaries there?
- what's the quality (milestone/integration/nightly builds) deployed there
?
- could you also deploy matching org.eclipse.jdt.compiler.apt versions?

I know these are temporary artifacts which will evnetually go away with
the final Luna release but we'd like to get early feedback on the Java8-capable
compiler from people using tycho 0.21.0-SNAPSHOT.
