Hi,

I'm currently trying to build the Kepler release from the CBI sources.
My first intention was, to just clone the
eclipse.platform.releng.aggregator.git repository and to check out the
R4_3_1 tag. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this should give me the right
files for the Kepler release and also update the submodules to the
relating commits in the submodules.

But when I run the build with mvn clean verify, it seems that the needed
license-feature repository is not available.
