did you solve the ecf dependency build issue for your CBI build? Markus who works with us at vogella GmbH is committer in the ECF project and could help with the question of ecf repositories.

The CBI build for the R3_8_maintenance branch refers to http://download.eclipse.org/rt/ecf/3.5.6/site.p2 (see http://git.eclipse.org/c/platform/eclipse.platform.releng.aggregator.git/tree/eclipse-platform-parent/pom.xml?h=R3_8_maintenance#n30). I only see 3.6.0 and 3.6.1 repos being maintained near that URI.  Is there any repository for 5.6.2 being maintained?
