Hi Laurent,

I think the dashboard has been replaced by the activity explorer ( 
https://polarsys.org/wiki/Capella/Release_Notes#Activity_Explorer_.28Overview.29 
)
At least it's not present in the dashboard feature no more since 
84881f583e7cb240f66d2bd43bd23b7dd4fddabe

Can't tell you why they keep dead non-compiling code around though..
