Does the fact that this project uses the module name `java.annotation` deliberately in order to be a substitute for the module in the JDK cause a trademark issue related to that of the API renaming disagreement between Oracle and Eclipse Foundation?

In other words, are we forced to change the module name to `jakarta.annotation` in order to evolve this API?
