Hi everyone,

We currently build BlueChi on CentOS Stream 9 and intend to fully switch to Centos Stream 10 soon. This will enable us to easily use newer tooling (e.g. Python 3.12 instead of Python 3.9, especially considering the eol of Python 3.9 used by CentOS Stream 9). We will still be able to build BlueChi for Centos Stream 9 on the z-branches for potential backports, of course.

Are there any reasons against this switch?
