[bluechi-dev] Release announcement - Eclipse BlueChi v0.8.0

I am happy to announce that we released Eclipse BlueChi v0.8.0 today on GitHub 🎉
Releases to Fedora and EPEL will follow in the next few days.

Some highlights:

Breaking Changes:
   - D-Bus: Removed obsolete API method Ping (see GitHub issue 790)

New Features:
   - Switching the bluechi-controller in the bluechi-agent (e.g. to enable HA setups) is now possible via D-Bus API (see GitHub issue 819)
   - Cancelling a Job is now possible (see GitHub issue 793)
   - The IP address of registered nodes is now available as D-Bus property or via the ListNodes API (see GitHub issue 701)
   - Log level and log target are now available as D-Bus properties for bluechi-agent and bluechi-controller
   - SBOMs are now automatically generated on each release and attached to the GitHub release artifacts

Unit & Integration tests: 
   - Based on the coverage-artifacts-html generated from the v0.8.0 release, test coverage has increased since the release of v0.7.0
         from 71% to 85% line coverage
         from 81% to 99% function coverage
   - BlueChi's test coverage is now published to coveralls.io
   - Integration tests can now be run in multihost mode (see GitHub issue 662)
