Yes, I agree to accept Mingxia Wu as a committer to the BIRT
DtE project. MingXia has made valuable contributions to the BIRT 1.0 release
and will continue to do so for future releases.
I am forwarding this request to BIRT PMC for consideration
since we now have at least 3 positive votes and no negatives.
