13:30pm Mountain time works for me.

The board report is organized in a way that lends itself to just talking to it at a high level, so I do not plan on sending slides.

In the past, PMCs have also prepared a presentation to help focus the conversation. This is not required, but if you think it helpful, please feel free to send on along.
