I agree with Wenfeng and would vote yes to have Mike Fox on the PMC.

I would like to nominate Mike Fox from IBM to join the BIRT PMC to coordinate IBM's contributions to the BIRT project.    Several IBM developers had made great contributions in design, codes and review to BIRT's charting, XML data source, report designer UI, and reporting engine during the BIRT 1.0 and 2.0 release.   Mike's participation to the PMC will help us plan and coordinate IBM's contributions better in coming releases.
