RE: [birt-pmc] Meeting Next Week 
I have couple of items want to discuss...

1. Update from the Eclipse Council meeting.
2. API specification template and guideline.  Do we want to have a consistent format/approach to document APIs among BIRT projects?  Assuming yes, how do we come up with one?   
3. Release date.  Is the project ready for release in May?

Any other topics?
