The biggest issue though is everyone simply wanting everything
for free. Maybe someone will be able pry open a sticky wallet, but
even then one still needs to find the skilled people. Or maybe
someone will create their volunteer task force of skilled people.
It seems everyone is waiting for someone else to do everything.
Best not hold my breath while waiting.

In any case, I think you are assuming that the latest BIRT
doesn't run on Java 25, which I think is an invalid assumption.
