[birt-dev] Restructuring Eclipse BIRT

Greetings Eclipse BIRT PMC and committers.

Per the successful completion of the restructuring review, the Eclipse BIRT project will become a subproject of Eclipse Technology. 

I have outlined the process that we will follow on Bug 517760. If you have questions or concerns about the process, please raise them there.

Note that, as part of this process, we will soon retire the Eclipse BIRT PMC and archive the birt-pmc mailing list. Note also, that due to lack of response to my requests on the topic, I will likely archive the project website at www.eclipse.org/birt

While I have your attention, I really need somebody from the project please respond to Bug 522431 regarding a potential vulnerability. This issue has been open for more than a year without any engagement from the project team.
