Does anyone know whether it is allowed to provide an embedded oracle jdbc driver in a plugin of an eclipse project.

It is about the Eclipse EMF/CDO project where there is a need to provide a default oracle jdbc driver but not sure about the legal aspects.

As I remember, the BIRT project had an oracle jdbc driver embedded in the oda.jdbc drivers plugin (in the past, but removed it now)...
