The EPP bundles are prepackaged bundles of Eclipse projects aimed at particular users. These are the primary download packages promoted from "Downloads" on the Eclipse home page: http://www.eclipse.org/downloads/.  And you will note that there is no BIRT in any of these existing Europa bundles today.

 

For Ganymede, we have created an EPP package that is the equivalent of the old all-in-one. It's called the "Eclipse IDE for Java and Report Developers" and is available from the link below.

 

Going forward, it probably makes sense to replace the links to our all-in-one with this new package.
