updated and committed features-mylyn.xml, and uploaded the new build
(2.1.0.v20070926-1230) at 1:18pm PST and it looks like the build started
at 12:58pm PST. So it looks like we updated mid-spin, no change will be
necessary to features-mylyn.xml, but a respin will be necessary.

The Europa build is failing because:
Mylyn has
2.1.0.v20070926-1230 on their update site but the features-mylyn.xml is
specifying version 2.1.0.v20070924-2200
BIRT
requires three third-party features:
- com.lowagie.itext
on the update site are 1.5.2.v20070705-1847 and
1.5.2.v20070608-041-w31181821 but in features-birt.xml
the version is
1.5.2.v20070608-041-w31181737
- org.mozilla.rhino

- org.w3c.sac

I am working on that siteOptimizer bug that I mentioned in
