Hi Scott,
birt-source package
doesn’t not use eclipse as it’s root cause. It keeps the same
structure as Eclipse source build (eclipse-sourceBuild-srcincluded.zip) and we
use this structure since 2.1.0. I think this package is not used to be exacted
to the same directory as birt report design. It use the structure of pde build
that BIRT uses.

Could you please have a
look at the source build. For some reason the root path in the file is
not eclipse, it unzips to either plugins or featues. I thought we had all
of our build standardized to use eclipse as the root element?
