Support render
option "HTML_ENABLE_AGENTSTYLE_ENGINE" for HTML output.

Description:
Add new context
parameter named "HTML_ENABLE_AGENTSTYLE_ENGINE" in web.xml. Default
value is true.
User can also change this render option
by specifying "&__agentstyle=true|false" in URL.
When render report as HTML format, pass
this option to engine.
