BPS 15 (2.15 & 2.16) -- UI refinement for the "Select Type" and
"Select Data" tabs.

Description:
1. Use the vertical aligned icon instead of the horizontal one to represent bar
chart.
2. Remove all repeated “Chart” in Select Chart Type list.
3. Move dimension, multiple y axes and orientation dropdown boxes from bottom
to right in order to contain all chart types.
4. Move the instructions regarding Binding the data column below the Title
‘Data Preview’ to the above, also reduce the length of the
instruction.
