Description:
1) update the emitter's document, change the base implementation from IReportEmitter to IcontentEmitter
2) change the since version from 1.0 to 2.0 as the IContentEmitter is used start from 2.0
3) change the <br/> to <br> as the Eclipse checker warning that <br> doesn't need a end tag.
4) remove the FO emitter from the "example" section, add PDF emitter into that section.

Manual Test, visual inspect.
