[bean-validation-dev] Hibernate Validator 9 Final Release

Hi all,

Is there any update on the final release of Hibernate Validator 9?  As the reference implementation for Jakarta Validation 3.1, I understand its release may still be pending, potentially due to dependencies such as Expressly 6.0.

If anyone has information about the current blockers or expected timeline, I’d appreciate it if you could share.
