Actually, I just manually added technology.recommenders 2.1.14 & 2.2.0 to the database this morning before you opened the bug report. We extracted the 2.2.0 translatable files successfully. We're running the syncup script to pick up existing translations at the moment. It should be done in a few hours. Also, we should see the new technology.recommenders 2.2.0 language packs in tonight's nightly build.
