[babel-dev] Galileo SR1 RC1 build

I generated the p2 repository for the Galileo SR1 RC1 build and uploaded to http://build.eclipse.org/technology/babel/test-updates/RC1/

I test installed Eclipse SDK language packs in 4 languages (French, German, Japanese, and Traditional Chinese) onto Eclipse SDK 3.5.1. All translations are displaying okay. No OSGi "Unsatisfied dependency" messages. The Galileo SR1 RC1 build looks good!

I noticed that the feature and plugin versions are showing "3.5.0.v20091017043401". Denis, do you think we should change that to "3.5.1.*"?
