the EMO has scheduled a termination review for the Eclipse Sphinx project based on a suggestion from the PL: https://gitlab.eclipse.org/eclipsefdn/emo-team/emo/-/issues/851#note_5570266

If there is someone willing to take over the project please reach out by replying to this email or directly in the GitLab issue we'll be using to track project's termination before February 11th.
