[automotive-pmc] Reminder to vote on the Project Lead Election for Jan B

Voting will close on 2025-11-21 for the Project Lead election of Jan Bruckner
on project Eclipse Heimlig (automotive.heimlig).

Criteria:

Jan Bruckner has been involved in planning and architectural discussions
since the beginning of this project.
He is the contact for any Heimlig-related questions within Accenture.
Moreover, he is the maintainer for integration in a customer project and has
contributed major bug fixes as part of that.

It is my pleasure to nominate Jan Bruckner as a project lead on Eclipse
Heimlig.
