Dear Lars, 

The Eclipse Foundation generally provides Zoom accounts to PMCs, who are responsible for managing their use for their respective projects. 

They are certainly allowed to use a PMC account in this manner.

I suggest you get in touch with the Automotive PMC to schedule the event in object.
