[auto-iwg] [WP1] Sphinx now part of Automotive IDE package

All,
today, the Luna M4 milestone build has been made available and along with that, a new developer build of the Automotive IDE package has been published as well [1]. And for the very first time, this build of the Automotive IDE package includes Sphinx which is an industrial strength modeling platform and the basis of the widely used Artop platform for AUTOSAR design tools.
Before, Sphinx could not be made available as a part of the Automotive IDE package because it was not participating in the Eclipse simultaneous release train. Over the past months we have been working on that Sphinx can be "in Luna" and managed to get in "into the build" starting from this milestone on. As a result, Sphinx now can be consumed directly from the Luna aggregated update site [2] and pulled in all new builds of the Automotive IDE.
