Which compiler options are missing in
AJDT?
inpath and aspectpath can be set in
the AspectJ project properties page (But I know its not currently the nicest
UI for specifying them ...)
If there is something else missing that
we need to add then let me know.

not completely because the ajdt plugin doesn't have
all compiler options
available yet.
but you can use ant as part of the eclipse build process.
