Alexander,

Thank you for alerting us to the fact that you'll be unavailable for the upcoming meeting and for designating a proxy. However, the problem is that Guillaume is already a member of the SC, so he's not available to be a proxy. Can you choose another delegate? My recommendation would be Abel.

I'll transfer my vote to Guillaume as my proxy for the meeting on Sep 14 2021. He's a committer member as well, and he's in "good standing" as he participated in three out of four previous meetings. This should help the committee to reach the quorum if necessary.

This transfer to him as a proxy doesn't come with instructions how to vote on any agenda point, he may vote as he sees fit.

The next Steering Committee meeting will be held on Tuesday, September 14, 2021 at 20:00 UTC (16:00 EST, 14:00 MST, 13:00 PST, 22:00 CEST, Wednesday, September 15 06:00  AEST). All interested parties outside of the Steering Committee members are welcome to join as observers. You can find the Zoom meeting information at the bottom of this email.

If a representative of a Partner Member cannot attend the meeting, please make arrangements to send a delegate. If a quorum of members object to the date and time in advance, we'll adjust it.

The agenda for the meeting will be populated prior to the meeting. Once the meeting has concluded, the minutes will be sent to this list for approval.
