This automatically generated message signals that Tom Guinane has nominated
Ramani Routray as a Committer on the technology.aperi project. The reason
given is as follows:

Ramani Routray, is an important member of the Aperi team.  He has authored
and contributed over 10,000 lines of code to the project.  He created the
SAN Simulator tool and has written an IEEE paper and has made numerous
presentations on the topic.  He has participated in the aperi-dev mailing
list http://dev.eclipse.org/mhonarc/lists/aperi-dev/maillist.html with
questions on the SAN Simulator and participates in the Aperi technical
calls.  Ramani has given two presentations to the Aperi community, one on
the architecture of the SAN Simulator and the other one a demo of the tool.
 Ramani is planning to submit a short talk proposal titled "Storage Area
Network Management Simulation" based on SAN Simulator for the next
EclipseCon. 


The vote is being held via the MyFoundation portal: voters *must* use the
portal for the votes to be properly recorded.  The voting will continue
until either all 26 existing Committers have voted or until they have been
given enough time to vote, even if they do not do so (defined as at least
one week). Ramani Routray must receive at least three +1s and no -1s for a
successful election.

Eligible Committers must cast their votes through their My Foundation
portal page (do NOT just reply to this email; your vote will not be
correctly recorded unless you use the portal):
