[antenna-dev] Available builds for Antenna

Hello all,

good news, Antenna has started last weekend to provide builds via the Eclipse infrastructure.

• Nightly builds are available as version 1.0.0-SNAPSHOT via the snapshot repository: https://download.eclipse.org/antenna/snapshots
• Weekly builds are available as version 1.0.0-yyyy-ww via the release repository: https://download.eclipse.org/antenna/releases. Due to a bug in the first version deviates slightly, it is called 1.0.0.2020-13.

The builds are pure builds of the master branch, so the standard regression testing of the build infrastructure has been executed, nothing more.
