Re: [amalgam-dev] Reminder to vote on the Committer Election for Matei Gabriel Anita on Eclipse Amalgam

Hi,
To justify the nomination for new committers,
- Amalgam doesn't have any activity outside Capella context
- Amalgam has also many to-be-inactive committers. I wanted to mark them as (/ask them to be) inactive after 'a last duty' to nominate other committers that are currently maintaining the whole Capella sub-projects.

Someone will review this later and consider whether being a committer on another project is sufficient justification for an election on this project...
