nominate Mark Phippard to be added
to the Eclipse ALF project as a committer. Mark has been actively involved with
the Subversion project and was instrumental in developing the subversion web
services for the ALF POC and the subsequent subversion stubs for the packaging
of the ALF sample interoperability process. Mark is an active contributor
to the ALF SCM Vocabulary effort. He has signed up for various
development tasks as we started marching towards ALF Release 1.0 Candidate.

Committers: Please respond to this email with either: +1 (approve), -1
(disapprove), or 0 (indifferent), or request for more information. If I
don't hear from a given committer by next Wednesday, 5/24/06, I will assume a
vote of 0. If we receive at least three +1 with no -1, the addition will
be provisionally approved and will commence the rest of the Eclipse committer
election process.
