Hi Karsten,
The library missing is jdom.jar. The plugin project expects it to be int
eh folder called lib.  The plug in is a configuration tool for the event
manager. 

However, I recommend waiting at this point.  I am working on a sample
based on the POC demo that I hope to have contributed by the end of this
month.  That should make things a bit more useful. Like it will include
some documentation on what libraries you need to get :)

I am interested in the ALF Project. The company I work for, has Java and
Mainframe development. We hope to synchronize this development worlds
with the ALF technology. I checked out the Project ALFPlugin and there
are missing Libarys. Where can I find them.
