[adore-dev] Project Lead Election for Andrew Koerner on Eclipse Automated Driving Open Research (ADORe) has started

A Project Lead election for Andrew Koerner on project Eclipse Automated
Driving Open Research (ADORe) (automotive.adore) was started by Thomas Lobig
with this criteria:
Andrew is a committer on the project for a long time now. He's not only
created the build system for ADORe ROS1 version and ROS2 version (we're
working on the release in parallel), he's also taken over a great deal of
Open Source interactions, tracking issues and onboarding interested users,
configuring CI and github pages. Please see his GitHub user page for more

He is practically an ideal co-lead already and I'm honored to nominated to
also receive the position.
