- Adoptium WG Members Survey: Please share your feedback by completing this survey.
- WG Process Amendments Review: Please review the slides and recording shared by Sharon regarding the Eclipse Foundation Working Group Process Amendments and share your doubts if needed. This helps us with the Charter update process.
- Marketing Subcommittee plan and participation: For those who are part of the Marketing Subcommittee, please review the email sent by Shabnam titled “Proposed 2026 Adoptium Marketing Plan” and also use this email to confirm whether you would like to continue participating in the subcommittee
