Dear fellow members of the Adoptium PMC,
I have initiated the Eclipse Foundation (EF) release review process (see diagram below) for the first release of AQAvit and to graduate AQAvit from incubator to mature project status. This requires a PMC vote for approval of this AQAvit release 1.0.0 and to graduate to mature project status. If you want extra details, the release review request is

I remind everyone that the EF release process is unrelated to the many
GitHub releases we have been doing out of the project but is more related to checking on licenses, IP checks, and branding (as per the diagram). The Eclipse AQAvit project has grown and matured. There is a diverse set of contributors, proven usage by Adoptium marketplace vendors and the project is an active hub for quality assurance and testing activities.

0 : no opinion either way
-1 : reject the AQAvit 1.0.0 release and graduation from incubator to mature project
