[actf-dev] ACTF 1.5 (Oxygen) is available

Hi all,
Eclipse Oxygen Release that includes ACTF 1.5 became publicly available
yesterday.
And, today, ACTF 1.5 is also available from our downloads page.

(The update covers Java 9 Readiness in ACTF SDK, but is not affect to
exemplary tools.)
Recently, we received two bug reports related to accessibility evaluation
logic.
We will fix them and will include these update into next service release
(v 1.5.1).
