[continuing exchanges between Pierre, Mélanie and Matthieu]

Suggestion of naming for 3P download directories:

3P/downloads/drops/[Numéro version]

EPP differentiates [I]ntegration and [R]elease. We can adopt the same naming.

Ex: 3P/downloads/drops/R-1.0.201307101020

Each directory contains downloads for specific platforms (e.g., 32-, 64-bit).
