Anyone know how to programmatically get at a list of IResources which
represent all of the outgoing changes that are shown in team synchronize?

I have a pretty good idea of what to do with a set of SyncInfo objects once
I have them but thus far haven't been able to get at these.
I believe all I need is a properly formed synchronize(subscriber)
participant setup for three-way synchronize.

Preferably without internal apis but I can live with it if that is the only
way.

Thanks for any tips.
