Eclipse will not start if located in multibyte non-english directory [message #301069]

If I install Eclipse into a multibyte non-english folder, such as Chinese, eclipse does not start.

I get the message "Unable to access jarfile "C:\???\startup.jar"

Is there anything special I have to do to get this to work with multi-byte folder names?
