I need to develop a eclipse java plugin that does the following via code
using BIRT. From my eclipse developed plugin:
1) Bring up the report editor in an eclipse view
2) Edit the report (ideally accessing a custom data source)
3) Save the report
4) Run the report (report will access custom data source)
5) Display the report in an eclipse editor view
I looked around briefly but don't see anything so far
that fits this bill. Anyone know of where I might find such example or
snipets of project code? any development guides, SDK etc...on how to do
this? Or am I just to early to really do anything useful with B.I.R.T?
