Is there any easy way to deploy the customer patch file? [message #292304]

We have a product shift to RCP. There's one problem for the customer
data. For the old java application, customer can overwrite the class in our
product and create a patch file. They put the patch file before our product
jar file. The system will automatically pick up the class from the customer
patch first. Once we change to the plugin, is there any easy way for
customer to overwrite the class in the plugin like the old way?
