Change Color of Error Messages [message #1565655]

Hello everybody,

I am new here and from Germany.

I have the following problem:
I work with Python 2.7 in Eclipse.
My Eclipse Version is: Luna Release (4.4.0).
My python.exe is from the CanopyEnvironment as Python Interpreter.

I would like to change the color of the error messages.
This does not seem so difficult: After some googling I found that I have to go to

Window - Preferences - General - Appearance - Colors and Fonts
and then I simply changed "error text color" from red to a less aggressiv color

I also tried:
Window - Preferences - PyDev - Interactive Console
and changed there the "stderr color" from red to a less aggressiv color

Unfortunately both interventions did not have any effect on the color of my error messages. In the appendix you find three pictures that show the described preferences window and what I mean by "error messages".

I hope somebody can help me and give thanks very much in advance to andybody who tries to help me out here.
