Hello Jan.
Our rationale was that we decided that practices shall manage a list of
references into the content that realize the practice in one central
location, to be used as an index giving users pointers to all the places
that are relevant for the practice, instead of having to model reference
to practices from each and every element. We envisioned that in most
cases people would want to go from the practice to finding all the places
that realize it and not the other way round. They would not that often
ask the question for a content element about which practices it realizes,
which would be obvious in most cases.
