OK.... i wrote so many threads in here - everytime with an other topic,
but the same problem. And noone was able to help me - or noone wanted to
help me.
Now here is the one and only question:
How can I change the code of the eclipse plugins, so that it creates ONE
additional file, while creating a new workspace??
Detailed:
When Eclipse creates a workspace, it has to copy (or generate??) files to
the workspace location. Now - I want to add a file, that should be copied
(or generated) everytime a new workspace is created. Therefore i think, i
have to change code of some plugins (the resource plugin? the runtime
plugin?). But i dont know which plugin, which class, which method.....
And please, don't tell me: "You have to copy it after creating a
workspace" It should work automatically, otherwise, there would be no
problem!

Where do you want the file to be located in the workspace, in a project
or just a file on disk in the folder that is the workspace?
